We welcome applicants from all walks of life. You don't need to know anything about trees to get started — just curiosity and commitment.

What You'll Learn
A Launchpad Into the Tree Care Industry
TreeForce is a paid, full-time training program that blends classroom instruction with field experience.
You’ll learn:
- Tree biology and planting
- Pruning, climbing, rigging, ropes & knots
- Plant health care and safety
- Job readiness, resume building, and site tours
- Meet employers and get career support
Certifications included:
- OSHA-10
- First Aid
- CPR
- TCIA Intro to Arboriculture
Program Schedule
We offer two cohorts per year:
- Spring: April – May
- Fall: Mid-August – Mid-October
Applications open in:
- February (for Spring)
- July (for Fall)
