VOLUNTEER EVENT: Denver Digs Trees season is here!! Join some tree-loving friends to walk a low-canopy neighborhood and leave doorhangers inviting residents to apply for low-cost and free shade trees. We are partnered with Ruby Hill Neighbors neighborhood association to bring more trees to Ruby Hill.
For folks new to our volunteer community, Denver Digs Trees is our big annual citywide young tree distribution in April. The 2026 online application how Denver community members can apply for beautiful trees. Our energetic volunteers are our key to spreading the word and pumping up those application #s, so we can distribute all 1,500 trees for 2026.
Our goal is at least 800 Digs applications by February 15. How many folks can YOU encourage to apply for a tree?!
