Ready to Dig in and grow our urban forest?
We are looking for help at Community Tree Planting events throughout May & June. No experience, no problem: These events are open to all! On- site training will be provided on proper tree planting techniques and we’ll have staff and Community Foresters available to support new volunteers.
We are also still seeking experienced Park People volunteers (Community Foresters & Tree Stewards) to help support volunteer groups at upcoming Mile High Tree Champions planting events. As a volunteer leader, you’ll provide guidance on proper planting techniques, ensure crews have the right tools, and jump in to assist with planting as needed.
