Allie Runne

Allie joined The Park People in 2023 as a Field Crew Supervisor with the TreeForce program. She brings years of experience in sustainable agriculture and horticulture, having spent several years managing hydroponic greenhouses in the non-profit urban agriculture sector, as well as working in the public sector as a horticulturist. With a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Appalachian State University—where she focused on Sociology and Sustainable Development—Allie has always been drawn to the sweet spot where environmental work, social impact, and community connection meet. Allie is excited to continue deepening her knowledge of tree care and urban forestry while supporting others in building meaningful careers in green industries. She’s passionate about creating opportunities for people to connect with nature, their communities, and the kind of work that leaves both hands—and hearts—a little fuller. You may find Allie enjoying a walk with her beloved doggies at Central Park or Great Lawn Park in East Denver.
