DESCRIPTION:VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: Monitoring Tree Care Email. This opportunity is open to Community Foresters.\nWould you like to volunteer with The Park People from the comfort of your home? \nCommunity Foresters are needed to provide support in the spring and fall (the busiest times) to residents by accessing The Park People’s “treecare@theparkpeople.org” email inbox & responding to tree care questions for community members. The expectation is for volunteers to access the inbox 2-3 times weekly and answer questions via email. \nVolunteers will be trained on how to determine a “likely issue” using pictures\, diagnostic procedures\, and resources provided by TPP staff and communicate reasonable steps for tree care for the community member. \nWe are looking for folks to sign up for a month at a time (or more if you like!): April\, May\, June\, August\, September\, and October\n\nThis opportunity can be done at The Park People’s office OR from home.\n\nPlease contact amanda@theparkpeople.org if you have questions.\n\nCLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR TREE CARE EMAIL MONITORING!
